Although this ride is only 190 miles, it'll probably seem like a lot longer.  Why is that?  It's because the route will be taking us over 8 Colorado mountain passes: Crow Hill, Kenosha Pass, Red Hill Pass, Hoosier Pass, Loveland Pass, Eisenhower Tunnel (east side), Juniper Pass, and Squaw Pass. This ride was set up initially to help those that are participating in the CVR-50 Pass challenge.  However, depending on who shows up for the ride, we may not stop at all the passes.

We'll be traveling in a clockwise direction in line with the passes that were mentioned above.  Lunch will be in Breckenridge.  As everyone knows, there are quite a few places to eat in Breck.  Therefore, we'll probably decide the lunch location either prior to the start, or when we stop at Hoosier Pass.

Meeting place will be the Circle K/Conoco gas station at the intersection of Morrison Rd (CO 8) and C-470.  Let's try to meet between 8:30-8:45, and have kickstands up NLT 9:00.

Those coming up from Colorado Springs, if you’d like to rally up as a group, let’s meet at the Diamond Shamrock gas station on the corner of N. Academy Blvd. and I-25 NLT 7:00 a.m. so we can roll out at 7:15.  Sorry for the early time, but we need to start that early in order to pick up a few more riders from Castle Rock, and still make the 8:30 meeting time in Morrison.
