We're going to take a simple ride west from Colorado Springs along Hwy 24 up to Cottonwood Pass (12,126 ft.).  Hwy 24 is a nice, simple road and is very scenic and easy to ride.  We'll be going over 3 Colorado mountain passes, Ute Pass, Wilkerson Pass, and Trout Creek Pass, on our way to Johnson Village where we'll stop for lunch at the Coyote Cantina.  Depending on whether riders that are participating in the CVR-50 Pass challenge attend this ride, will determine whether we stop at these passes or not.  But, nevertheless, we will be stopping at Wilkerson Pass for a 15 minute potty break for those that had too much coffee in the morning. :)

Riders from up north (Castle Rock, Denver, Ft. Collins area) that want to come along but don't want to trek all the way down to Colorado Springs can join us in Johnson Village for lunch.  We should be there between 11 - 11:30 am.
