Coal Bank Pass ColoradoKP: As of 6/18/10, marker was down, however, there is an information board next to the restrooms that identify it as Coal Bank Pass.

Crow Hill ColoradoKP: Can only confirm 1 marker; it’s on the westbound side.

ColoradoKP: Summit is at intersection of Co Rd 120 and Inca Rd.

Douglas Pass ColoradoKP: There used to be a marker back in 2006. Now, maybe not.
Eisenhower Tunnel ColoradoKP: There are 2 sets of markers for this pass; one on eastbound (EB) I-70, the other on westbound (WB) I-70.  Depending on whether you're going EB or WB, use the following cooredinates for your pass picture: EB = 39.6784, -105.9365; WB = 39.6807, -105.9000.
Fall River Pass

No marker.

ColoradoKP: Pass is located at the Trail Ridge Store at the Alpine Visitor Center.

Fremont Pass  
Golden Gate Pass

No marker.

ColoradoKP: Summit is at intersection of Co Rd 70 (Golden Gate Canyon Rd.) and Guy Hill Rd.

Grand Mesa Summit

ColoradoKP: Check out the signs at MM 30 just west of the coordinates.

ColoradoKP: Pass location is at a low point in the road where pull-outs are on both sides of the road.

Juniper Pass ColoradoKP: As of 3 Sep 11, there's a marker that reads "Picnic Ground, Juniper Pass" at coordinates 39.6755, -105.5602.

Monarch Pass ColoradoKP: There’s also a National Forest Service marker on the far south part of the parking area.
Monument Hill Rock_N_Randy: It would be best if you take your picture on the west side of I-25; it has a shoulder, where as the east side does not.
Muddy Pass ColoradoKP: Pass is at the intersection of Hwy 40 and CO 14.
Ninemile Gap

No marker.

ColoradoKP: Intersection of CO 13/789 & Co Rd 30.

North Pass ColoradoKP: Not sure if there’s a marker.
Pawnee Pass No marker.

Promontory Divide

Rock_N_Randy: No official sign, but the coordinates match at the County line.

ColoradoKP: Looks to be at the Huerfano and Custer county line. Look for a possible unofficial marker on a nearby telephone company box.

Rabbit Ears Pass  
Raton Pass ColoradoKP & DaGrey1: The marker is on a rock between some cement steps on the Northbound on-ramp to I-25 right at the state line (coordinates 36.9937, -104.4797).
Red Hill Pass No marker.
Red Mountain Pass ColoradoKP: As of 6/18/10 the National Forest Service marker was not there, however, there is a marker (a metal plate lodged into a large rock) next to where the sign used to be at the north end of the parking area.
Slumgullion Pass  
Spring Creek Pass  
Squaw Pass

ColoradoKP: Intersection of Squaw Pass Rd and Little Bear Creek Rd.  The marker is actually up the dirt road about 200 feet.  You can barely see it from the street.

Templeton Gap

No marker.

ColoradoKP: Pass is at the intersection (stop light) of Barnes Rd. and Homestead Trail (walking trail) at the top of the hill.

Tenderfoot Pass

No marker.

ColoradoKP: Good place to take picture is near the yellow downhill caution sign along the southbound lane.

Ute Pass (Summit/Grand)

No marker.

ColoradoKP: Check out signs about 700 ft. south of coordinates.

Vail Pass ColoradoKP: There are 2 sets of markers for this pass; one on westbound I-70, the other on eastbound I-70. Depending if you’re going westbound or eastbound, use the following coordinates to find markers: WB = 39.5414, -106.2163; EB = 39.5419, -106.2173.
Wilkerson Pass ColoradoKP: There’s also a National Forest Service marker in the parking area if you don’t want to stop on the side of the road.
Willow Creek Pass  
Wind River Pass

No marker.

ColoradoKP: There's a Wind River Ranch sign at the coordinates.

Wixson Divide No marker.
Wolf Creek Pass

No marker.

ColoradoKP: There's a large display that reads “The Great Divide”.

Yellow Jacket Pass (Routt)
ColoradoKP: There's a marker for this pass that's attached to the same post as the Co Rd 14 sign at the intersection of CO 131 and Co Rd 14 (coordinates 40.2568, -106.9402).  DO NOT take your picture here.  The pass is actually 6.4 miles NE at the coordinates listed in the CVR-50 Pass Mountain Log Book.  If you use a picture of the marker, you will not get credit for this pass.
Yellowjacket Pass (Archuleta)No marker.
