Leather Repair Print E-mail
I bought a vest to have all my patches sewn onto and did exactly that before every riding with the vest. To my horror, the first time I rode with the vest, the snaps would suddenly let go and leave the vest flapping on both sides of me and pulling on my neck. (Not a distraction you need at 75 mph I can assure you).

I goofed around with trying to make the snaps tighter with no luck and was fearful I was going to have to replace the vest and pay someone to move all patches over. As a last ditch effort I hopped on Google and found Leatherbee Sewing under “leather repair”. I called up and the owner told me that she could replace the snaps for about $15 and if I wanted to swing by today (it was Saturday) that she could take care of it.

I drove to her home office and she quickly went to work with her cutters, press and snap parts and about 10 min later I was out the door with a big grin on my face with snaps that were obviously much higher quality and tighter. I was so happy with the turnaround time and quality that I tipped her an extra $5.

So if you need any kind of commercial sewing, leather works, leather products, snaps or contracting sewing give her a call.
